Can my system be reset so I can start again?
Solution
Yes! But to do this you must be logged in to your KCC system as the Admin user.
WARNING
Any actions carried out during this process are not recoverable and extreme caution should be taken.
Please ensure all users are logged out of the system before proceeding.
- Go to [System Setup | Manage My Data].
- In the popup click Delete System Data and confirm the popup.
- The following dialog will now appear:
- Select the options you wish to reset and then click Delete Data.
- You will be asked for a password, this is NOT your own password so please click the link here, Password Request, and our Support Technicians will generate and provide you with this.
- Your KCC system may hang for a few moments whilst performing this task.
