Create a Comm Log Entry in a Sales Order
Overview
It is possible to add a communication log entry from a sales order. This will then appear in the customer's Comm Log. This is useful if the customer has a query or if they want you to know something, for example changes to their circumstances. A step by step guide can be found below the video.
Steps
- In a Sales Order, go to the CRM tab.
- Enter Edit mode.
- Use the New Item button to add a new entry.
- Enter the details as required.
- Save the entry.
